Overview

Talespin was built to create a new operating system for talent development. We architected a Spatial Computing Learning Platform combined with Generative AI to simulate high-stakes human interactions—transforming how enterprises build human capability at scale.

The Friction

By 2015, we could predict that the "Skills Gap" would become a structural crisis. The pace of technological change was outpacing human adaptability. Traditional learning infrastructure (videos, quizzes, LMS) was passive and low-retention—it could transfer knowledge, but it couldn't build skill or change behavior at the speed of our new reality.

The Kernel (The Solution)

We founded Talespin to build a new operating system for talent development. We didn't just create content; we architected a Spatial Computing Learning Platform combined with Generative AI to simulate high-stakes human interactions.

The Build

We developed a no-code authoring engine that allowed enterprises to codify their expertise into immersive simulations, effectively "downloading" experience into employees.

The Scale

We validated the kernel with Fortune 500s, proving that immersive practice could accelerate leadership and communication skills faster than any legacy method.

The Evolution & Exit

In 2024, Talespin was acquired by Cornerstone OnDemand, the global leader in talent experience.

The Integration

Post-acquisition, our team (led by Kyle Jackson and Jaden Teo) took over the AI & Spatial strategy for Cornerstone, integrating Talespin's engine into the "Galaxy" platform.
